Title : Business Analyst (W2)

Location : Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Duration : 12+ Months

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 8+

Rate: $60/hr on W2

Job Description:

· Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams
· Gather, analyze, and document requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories)
· Translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements
· Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement discussions
· Perform process analysis and identify improvement opportunities
· Strong Domain knowledge in Supply Chain
· Strong Domain knowledge in healthcare industry
· Expertise in Snowflake
· Support standardization, governance, and PMO
· Work closely with teams in Agile/Scrum delivery (sprints, backlog, releases)
· Track requirements and support UAT, sign-offs, and release readiness
· Provide status updates, executive summaries, and reporting
· Maintain documentation repository and ensure version control
· Skills Snapshot
· Strong business analysis & stakeholder management
· Excellent communication and analytical skills
· Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel)
· Domain exposure: Healthcare/Data
· Business Analyst Gather| analyze| and document business requirements to support data-driven decision-making.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.Perform gap analysis and propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Support project delivery through requirement validation| testing| and continuous stakeholder communication.)
