Quality Engineering Lead Automation Testing, Selenium & Banking Domain - 68326

We have an immediate need for a Quality Engineering Lead in Boca Raton, FL 33432. This is an onsite opportunity for a highly experienced QA leader who can drive quality initiatives in a fast-paced banking environment.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end quality engineering efforts, including test strategy, test planning, and execution across complex enterprise applications. You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes. The role involves establishing robust automation frameworks using Java and Selenium for both web and mobile applications. You will oversee defect lifecycle management, conduct defect triage calls, and ensure adherence to Agile and Scrum methodologies. Additionally, you will drive quality metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results in the banking domain.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in automation testing using Java and Selenium, along with deep experience in the banking and financial services industry. Hands-on knowledge of API testing, mobile testing, Agile methodologies, and tools such as Rally is highly desirable. Excellent leadership, client communication, offshore coordination, and test management skills are essential for success in this role.
