Overview

The Work:

The Plans and Requirements Lead to oversee and manage the planning and coordination of organizational requirements, ensuring they align with enterprise goals and comply with regulatory directives. The Plans and Requirements Lead will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, end users, and decision-makers, driving cohesive communication and seamless implementation of projects and initiatives with a particular focus on upgrades, process improvements, and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assists the government in the development and execution of IT related project plans. The Plans and Requirements Lead is the central point of contact for all things Plans. Shall have the ability to receive, analyze, plan, and execute complex projects that entail IT Infrastructure, assets, space renovations, technical refreshes, and access management requirements.
  • Responsible for the design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, of complex IT related tasks and projects to support ANGRC's unique mission set.
  • Provides analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with ANGRC leaders to ensure Plans and Requirements are executed in accordance with directed specifications and on time.
  • Shall have enough resources to concurrently manage and execute 30 concurrent projects. Projects are considered complex in nature and will have a cumulative total of over 80 work hours to complete and will typically require engineering assistance to complete. Work Plans are less complex and will consume 80 or less hours to complete such as personnel moves, conference setups, limited equipment installs, escorting of vendors.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Qualifications - Here's What You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree or five or more years of project management experience.
  • Certified under one or more ITIL, SCRUM, or Lean Six sigma programs. PMP courses are also acceptable.
  • Possess a minimum of five years of project management experience and
    • Experience in Air Force IT Project Planning and
    • Experienced in the operations of the Air Force Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS) system.
  • Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Skill in managing multiple priorities and tasks concurrently to meet deadlines while establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with others.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Security Plus Certification.

Working Conditions:
  • Professional office environment, with the ability to work onsite in the main office.
  • Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
  • Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.

  • May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.
  • May be asked to work hours outside of normal business hours.

Pay Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
