  • 12+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience (Must have).
  • Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) with Service Bridge and attribute-based case routing
  • Order Management for Technology Providers (OMT)
  • Field Service Management (FSM)
  • Integrations
  • FSM - CIS
  • Suite - Telecommunications, Media, and Technology Service Management Professional
  • Suite - Order Management - Telecom, Media, Technology Professional
  • Service Bridge Delivery Accreditation
  • Suite Certification - HAM with Telecommunications Network Inventory Professional
