Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior .NET / AI Automation Engineer with strong experience in Azure and AI-driven automation. The role focuses on building agent-based workflows, LLM-powered automation pipelines, and modernizing processes in the P&C insurance domain.

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience in C# / .NET Core / .NET 6+
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
Experience with AI/LLM-based automation workflows
Familiarity with AI coding tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.)
Strong experience in API development & microservices architecture
Understanding of agent systems / MCP (Model Context Protocol)
Experience in P&C Insurance domain

Key Responsibilities

Develop scalable applications using .NET on Azure
Build and orchestrate AI agents for workflow automation
Design LLM-driven pipelines (multi-step, decision-based workflows)
Integrate systems using APIs and MCP-based agent tools
Automate insurance workflows (underwriting, claims, policy lifecycle)
Ensure system reliability with monitoring and fallback handling

Nice to Have

Experience with LangChain / AutoGen (multi-agent systems)
Exposure to Azure OpenAI / AI services
Knowledge of NLP / document processing
