Role Overview

We are seeking an early-career Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong foundation in Python development. This role is ideal for someone who started as a developer and transitioned into program management. You will drive system-level execution across firmware, OS, validation, and AI productivity initiatives, with a focus on automation and data-driven program management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs across cross-functional teams
Drive automation initiatives using Python (tools, scripts, workflows)
Manage system-level programs spanning firmware, BSP, OS, and validation environments
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and release schedules
Enable data-driven decision-making through analysis and reporting
Collaborate with engineering, validation, and partner teams to ensure alignment
Translate complex technical concepts into clear program plans and status updates

Required Skills

Strong Python development experience (automation, scripting, tooling)
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks, validation workflows, or data analysis
Proven experience in technical program management (planning, execution, delivery)
Working knowledge of:

Firmware / BSP systems
Device drivers
OS integration

Experience managing:

Milestones
Dependencies
Risks and releases

Excellent cross-functional communication skills
