Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to manager and maintain our multi cloud environment. In this role you will be responsible for the stability, scaling and security of infrastructure across Google Cloud Platform, AWS and Azure. The ideal candidate has a strong background in container orchestration specifically OpenShift and is comfortable working onsite to support mission critical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi Cloud Management: Provide day to day technical support and administration for cloud environments including Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
• Container Orchestration: Deploy, manage and troubleshoot clusters using Red Hat OpenShift.
• Infrastructure Monitoring: Proactively monitor system performance, resource utilization and storage to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Incident Management: Respond to and resolve complex infrastructure related tickets, performing root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring issues.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices within the cloud environment, Including IAM roles, VPC configurations and encryption.
• Automation: Utilize scripting (Python, Bash or PowerShell) and IaC tools to automate repetitive manual tasks and streamline deployment workflows.

Requited Skills & Qualifications

• Cloud Platforms: Proven experience supporting enterprise level infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, AWS and Azure.
• Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift (administration, networking and storage).
• Infrastructure Support: Minimum of 3-5 Years in an Infrastructure Support or SRE role.

• Networking: Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts (DNS, VPN, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and HTTP/S).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with cross functional DevOps and Engineering teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, OR GitHub Actions).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Professional Cloud Architect, AWS SysOps Administrator or Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration).
