This role supports the upgrade and enhancement of the current reporting process by collecting, organizing, and analyzing Trade Finance and Loan data. The position works closely with business users and technical teams to understand functional requirements, translate them into IT specifications, and support solution design, documentation, and testing. Hands-on experience with Eximbills Enterprise (EE) is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the enhancement and modernization of Trade Finance and Loan reporting processes.
• Collect, validate, and analyze business and transactional data to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify functional requirements.
• Work closely with IT and technical teams, including Head Office teams, to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Prepare and maintain IT requirement documents, functional specifications, and design documentation.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate system outputs.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Eximbills Enterprise (EE) during implementation, upgrades, and ongoing system support.
• Identify gaps, issues, and improvement opportunities in existing processes and systems, and propose practical solutions.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in Trade Finance business operations and supporting technology solutions.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Eximbills Enterprise (EE), including EE package structure, core functionalities, data flows, and reporting capabilities.
• Proven experience supporting EE implementation, enhancement, or upgrade projects.
• Strong understanding of Trade Finance products and workflows (e.g., LC, guarantees, loans, and related reporting).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing are required).
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
