Summary

Title: Product Owner / Project Manager

Duration: Issaquah, WA (Hybrid model – Onsite for 3 days per week)

Location: 12 Months Contract

Only W2 candidates

Required Skills:

12-15 years of experience as a technical project manager leading medium to large projects.
5+ year experience of managing a mobile app development project
Strong experience of managing application development-based projects.
Project management, Agile development, process improvement/quality certifications are desired (e.g. PMP, ScrumMaster, Lean, or Six Sigma).
Must demonstrate direct experience using Agile methodologies (Kanban and Scrum) for managing projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Self-driven. Must have excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks.
Must be innovative, extremely creative, and constantly providing ideas to optimize the process.
Problem Solver.
You use logic, as well as the imagination, to make sense of a situation and come up with an intelligent solution.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Manage project timelines, risks, and budgets.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Communicate project status to stakeholders.
