Experience: 6–8 years
Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) to lead and deliver complex, cross‑functional programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, Agile/Scrum execution, stakeholder management, and requirements translation—bridging business needs with engineering delivery. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to drive clarity, manage risks, and ensure predictable delivery of high‑impact initiatives.
6–8 years of experience in Program Management / Technical Program Management.
functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Hands‑on experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Proven ability to capture and document requirements as features, epics, and user stories.
Experience managing business stakeholders, cross‑functional teams, and complex dependencies.
Strong risk management, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence without authority.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in enterprise or Microsoft‑aligned programs.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog, sprint, and delivery tracking.
Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) integrations.
Experience supporting large‑scale, multi‑team programs.
