Job Title: Technical Program Manager with Fullstack
Job Location: Redmond, WA
Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr
  • Own end-to-end delivery of multiple cross-functional programs involving CRM platforms and integrated enterprise systems.
  • Drive program planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across Agile and Scrum teams.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues proactively.
  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams.
  • Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Ensure alignment between business priorities and technical delivery plans.
  • Support Agile and Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Lead fullstack program initiatives involving modern application development technologies.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to validate functional and technical designs.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, user experience expectations, and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Drive Agile execution and ensure timely delivery of program milestones.
  • Capture and translate business requirements into features, epics, and user stories.
  • Maintain and prioritize program backlog in collaboration with product owners.
  • Monitor program risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.
  • Communicate program status and updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in program management or technical program management.
  • Experience delivering fullstack programs using modern technologies.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
  • Proven ability to capture and document requirements effectively.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex dependencies.
  • Strong risk management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Should Have:
  • Experience working in enterprise-level programs.
  • Familiarity with tools for backlog and delivery tracking.
  • Exposure to low-code or automation platforms.
  • Experience supporting large-scale, multi-team programs.
Skills:

  • Fullstack development understanding.

Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
