Seeking a Senior Program Management professional with 3 to 5 years of experience to lead and manage complex projects ensuring stakeholder alignment and risk mitigation

Job Description

Lead and coordinate program management activities across multiple projects within the organization Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals Manage benefits realization to maximize value from program initiatives Engage with stakeholders at various levels to ensure clear communication and expectation management Identify potential risks and crises implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact Oversee pursuit and proposal management processes to support business growth and client acquisition Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution of program objectives Continuously monitor program performance and implement improvements where necessary

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle Drive benefits management activities to track and report on program value delivery Lead pursuit and proposal efforts including strategy development coordination and submission Develop detailed project plans incorporating timelines resources and risk assessments Proactively identify assess and manage risks and crises escalating issues as appropriate Facilitate communication among team members leadership and external partners Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in program management Mentor and guide junior team members in program management methodologies and tools
