Job Description
The ERP Project Manager will lead and execute ERP-related initiatives with a strong focus on hands-on, tactical project execution. This role supports an active ERP implementation (M3 preferred) and ongoing post-go-live and residual work. The PM must be detail-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in a resource-constrained, multi-project environment. This is an on-site, contract-to-permanent opportunity with expectations for fast ramp-up and measurable impact.

Primary Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of ERP projects and related workstreams
Build and manage detailed project plans using Microsoft Project
Create and maintain:
Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
RAID logs
Change requests
Resource-loaded schedules
Perform resource planning and resource balancing across shared teams
Identify downstream risks, capacity constraints, and schedule impacts months in advance
Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
Ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and dependencies
Support ERP implementation through execution, stabilization, and residual phases
Must be highly tactical, not purely high-level or agile-only.
Must be able to:
Build detailed project plans
Perform resource planning and balancing
Forecast downstream impacts months in advance
Microsoft Project is the primary tool and proficiency is a non-negotiable.
Agile knowledge is fine, but:
Agile purists are not a fit
The team primarily operates using waterfall methodology, with flexibility.
Certifications (e.g., PMP) are not required.
Experience matters more than credentials.
