Job Title: HxGN EAM Lead
Location: New York, NY 10004 (Hybrid 3 4 days onsite, 1 2 days remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HxGN EAM Lead to support enterprise asset management sustainment initiatives. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing existing HxGN EAM configurations, supporting business processes, and ensuring optimal system performance within a complex operational environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and a solid understanding of asset management systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide sustainment support for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, focusing on existing implementations
  • Maintain and enhance configurations within the HxGN EAM platform
  • Support business processes aligned with industry-specific operational and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze complex business problems and deliver effective system-based solutions
  • Participate in full project lifecycle activities, including planning, scoping, requirements gathering, implementation, and deployment
  • Consult on asset management best practices (maintenance, inspection, reliability) using HxGN EAM capabilities
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions and perform gap analysis between current and desired system functionality
  • Design solutions leveraging out-of-box features or custom enhancements in collaboration with technical teams
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance improvements
  • Develop reporting solutions (Queries, Inboxes, KPIs, Dataspys) based on business needs
  • Create, execute, and document test cases for system validation
  • Support user training, documentation, and post-go-live activities
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide resolution support
  • Evaluate and guide technical solutions, including mobile integrations

Key Deliverables

  • Support integration of HxGN EAM with other enterprise systems
  • Configure and optimize HxGN EAM for asset management needs

Required Qualifications

  • 5 10 years of experience with HxGN EAM (formerly Infor EAM)
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with HxGN EAM Extensibility Framework
  • Strong experience in developing and implementing FlexSQL
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise asset management system implementations and delivery
  • Experience leading solution development teams
  • Strong knowledge of work and asset management modules (Work Orders, Planning, Equipment, etc.)
  • Proficiency in relational database concepts and system design
  • Experience with desktop/mobile support and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 3 years of experience in Railroad or Transit industry
