Seeking an
Entry-Level Data Analysts to support access reporting, recertification, and compliance activities. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are
highly proficient in Excel, comfortable working with data, and interested in building experience in access control, security processes, and audit support within an enterprise IT environment.
Key Responsibilities- Extract, organize, and analyze user access and security data using Excel
- Create and maintain pivot tables, lookup formulas, and standardized Excel reports
- Use VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP functions to reconcile, validate, and compare large data sets
- Clean, format, and prepare data to support access reviews and compliance processes
- Generate recurring and ad-hoc Excel reports for leadership and audit review
- Identify discrepancies in access data and initiate corrective actions
- Track access review status and manage follow-up communications to ensure timely completion
- Support access remediation efforts through IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing systems
- Respond to audit and compliance requests by providing accurate, well-organized reporting
- Communicate data findings clearly and professionally via email and documentation
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 6+ months of professional experience heavily focused on Excel usage
- Internships or co-op experience acceptable
- Strong Excel skills, including:
- Pivot tables
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- Filtering, sorting, and formatting large datasets
- Basic formulas and data validation
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple reporting tasks
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications- Experience using Excel for reporting, audits, or compliance tracking
- Exposure to access management, security controls, or identity management concepts
- Familiarity with IT ticketing or workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms)
- Awareness of risk management or regulatory environments (SOX exposure a plus)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
