The Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and execution of communication and training plans for the Child Support Bureau and local Title IV-D staff across Indiana.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Create and edit training guides from content provided by subject matter experts.
Write, edit, and disseminate communications to end users and stakeholders.
Assist in developing training and training material for systems of record.
Facilitate webinars by monitoring chat, sharing document links, and troubleshooting access issues.
Assist adult learners in physical classroom trainings.
Assist with equipment set up and testing activities for classroom trainings.
Assist with administrative tasks associated with training registration.
Monitor group mailboxes and respond to stakeholder questions.
Work with subject matter experts and engage in independent research to develop subject matter knowledge relevant to assigned projects and curricula

Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft365 suite and Jira.
Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
