Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, production, processing, or industrial environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with plant operations, industrial equipment, instrumentation, or control systems
- Ability to travel up to 50% to customer facilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with industrial automation, Industry 4.0 initiatives, or smart manufacturing technologies
- Exposure to PLCs, SCADA systems, sensors, or IIoT platforms
- Familiarity with IT/OT environments and industrial networking
- Experience analyzing operational, sensor, or time-series data
- Process optimization or continuous improvement experience
- Previous startup or fast-growth company experience
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge
What You'll Do
- Support the deployment and implementation of AI and IoT solutions at customer manufacturing facilities
- Partner with production, process, quality, and engineering teams to drive successful technology adoption
- Assist with hardware installation, commissioning, and validation activities
- Collaborate with customer IT and OT teams to ensure successful system integration
- Analyze operational and sensor data to identify insights and performance improvements
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout pilot programs and implementation projects
- Support customer training, troubleshooting, and ongoing success initiatives
- Work closely with internal engineering, product, and commercial teams to improve deployment outcomes and identify expansion opportunities
