Job Details

As an Electrical Engineer, you'll take ownership of engineering tasks across industrial and manufacturing environments. You will:

• Design, develop, and modify electrical systems, equipment, and power distribution for client facilities.
• Produce and review engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Support project scoping, estimating, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross functional engineering teams, clients, and vendors to ensure safe, high quality project execution.
• Lead or support field activities including assessments, construction support, equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure all solutions meet applicable codes, standards, and AFRY's internal quality and safety expectations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice development within the Appleton engineering group.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3-6+ years of engineering experience in industrial, manufacturing, utilities, or related project environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical design principles including power distribution, controls, instrumentation, and system protection.
• Proficiency with engineering design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
