Job Description:
- Lead deployment and configuration of Google Workspace in enterprise environments
- Support migrations from Microsoft 365/Azure (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) to Google Workspace
- Configure Workspace admin, security, DLP, IAM, Vault, retention & compliance settings
- Work with Azure AD / SSO / SCIM / IDP integrations for identity & access management
- Enable Gemini for Workspace use cases across Docs, Sheets, Meet, and Chat
- Conduct customer-facing workshops, training, and enablement sessions
- Develop deployment plans, runbooks, playbooks, and cutover documentation
- Collaborate with architects, PMs, change management, and training teams
- Experience with enterprise-scale tenants (1k 100k+ users preferred)
- US-based; strong communication and consulting skills required
