Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users
- Provide support across Windows 11 environments and enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot VPN connectivity issues, including GlobalProtect
- Support Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams
- Manage and track tickets using ServiceNow or similar systems
- Assist with basic networking (IP, DNS) and cybersecurity practices (MFA, phishing awareness)
- Deliver excellent customer service while following standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Qualifications:- 1-5 years of desktop support or technical support experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, detail-oriented, and team-driven mindset
- Experience troubleshooting Windows 11 systems
- Familiarity with VPN tools (Palo Alto GlobalProtect preferred)
- Working knowledge of networking basics (IP, DNS)
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts (MFA, phishing)
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
Preferred: - CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification
- Experience with ConnectWise, CyberArk, or Citrix VDI
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $19.00 and $24.05 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
