Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infor Lawson S3 HRIS Technical Consultant to support enhancements and development for HRIS applications within the Infor Human Resources and Financials S3 Suite (v10.x) environment.

The consultant will work on Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting enhancements, Employee and Manager Self Service (ESS/MSS), and custom development using Lawson 4GL and web technologies.

Key Skills

Strong experience with Infor / Lawson S3 HRIS
Extensive 4GL development
LBI (Lawson Business Intelligence) / Crystal Reports
Process Flow / IPA
XML development
JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#
SQL and Infor HRIS database structure
Experience with ESS / MSS applications
Knowledge of ACA reporting preferred
Experience with Infor OS is a plus

Nice to Have

Federal or Public Sector experience
Experience with MHC 1095 form generation
Knowledge of Federal Benefits / ACA reporting

Additional Requirements

Ability to pass a Federal background check
