Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement generative AI solutions using prompt engineering, Python, and relevant AI models.
- Build and integrate AI-powered application features with existing systems, APIs, and business workflows.
- Support data preprocessing, model evaluation, output validation, and performance monitoring to improve solution quality.
- Collaborate with technical teams to document AI methodologies, troubleshoot issues, and deploy reliable AI applications.
Minimum Qualifications

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
3–5 years of experience in generative AI engineering, prompt engineering, Python development, and AI-powered application development.

Technical Skills
|
Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Python, Full-Stack AI Development, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Application Integration, Data Preprocessing, Model Evaluation, AI Solution Deployment

|
- Experience supporting enterprise Generative AI initiatives that improve business process automation, knowledge management, content generation, and information access across organizational workflows.
- Experience translating business needs into AI-enabled applications that support conversational interactions, prompt-based task execution, intelligent assistance, and context-aware business responses.
- Experience supporting AI solutions for business analysis, information summarization, decision support, and workflow optimization while ensuring generated outputs meet business requirements and quality expectations.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define use cases, validate AI-generated results, document business requirements, and align AI solutions with organizational objectives.
