Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Python, generative AI, LLMs, and agentic application frameworks.
- Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions, embeddings, vector search, and recommendation capabilities to improve information retrieval and response quality.
- Integrate AI models with cloud services, enterprise data sources, APIs, and application interfaces while supporting production deployment and monitoring.
- Evaluate model performance, implement tracing and safeguards, document technical approaches, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
7+ years of software development experience, including at least 4 years in AI/ML solutions; 6–9 years of experience with Python and generative AI engineering; and 3–5 years of experience with OpenAI engineering and AWS-related solutions.

|

|
- Experience developing AI-enabled enterprise applications that support business process automation, customer engagement, sales enablement, and intelligent decision-making across complex business workflows.
- Experience designing and delivering LLM-powered and agentic applications, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), document understanding, information retrieval, summarization, recommendation, and ranking capabilities.
- Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise sales, client service, and engagement processes, including the use of business data to improve relevance, content quality, retrieval accuracy, and user outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to define AI solution requirements, evaluate model performance, establish responsible AI and content governance practices, and deliver production-ready applications.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience delivering production AI applications in enterprise environments.
