Position: Salesforce Application Manager (Service Cloud, FSL, ERS Platform)
Location: Costa Mesa, CA or Coppell, TX (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: Full-Time
Mode of Interview: Phone and Video

Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on and technically strong Salesforce Application Manager to lead multiple Agile teams responsible for the design, development, enhancement, and production support of enterprise systems built on Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL).

This high-impact leadership role requires ownership of both application delivery and operational excellence, ensuring highly available, scalable, and reliable systems while driving modernization initiatives and enterprise integrations.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership experience managing Agile teams including Developers, DevOps Engineers, and DBAs
  • Proven direct people management experience (not limited to project or cross-functional leadership)
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL)
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, security, and data models
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale Salesforce applications and production environments
  • Experience with API architecture, Middleware platforms, and Enterprise Integrations
  • Strong background in production support, incident management, outage resolution, root cause analysis, and service restoration
  • Experience maintaining highly available systems with 99.9%+ uptime objectives
  • Experience leading modernization and platform scalability initiatives
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, governance, CI/CD, and engineering standards
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and business stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving, operational leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Experience mentoring and developing technical teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II Certification
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Consultant Certification
  • Experience supporting large-scale customer-facing enterprise platforms
  • Experience in high-availability production environments with on-call support responsibilities

Additional Information:

  • Hybrid schedule requiring 3 days onsite per week
  • Relocation assistance available
  • On-call support rotation averaging 5–8 hours per month
