Summary

IBM InfoSphere MDM Administrator

Remote (PST Time zone) (MUST)

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support IBM InfoSphere MDM environments across development, testing, and production.
  • Oversee system configuration, upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance activities.
  • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability.
  • Manage user access, security controls, and compliance with enterprise policies.
  • Support data integration teams by ensuring stable APIs, batch processes, and data flows.
  • Collaborate with data governance and business teams to enable stewardship workflows and data quality processes.
  • Maintain documentation, operational runbooks, and environment standards.
  • Participate in incident management, rootcause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience

  • Handson experience administering IBM InfoSphere MDM or similar enterprise MDM platforms.
  • Familiarity with application servers (WebSphere or Liberty), relational databases, and Linux/Unix environments.
  • Understanding of data integration concepts, APIs, and batch processing.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications in a multienvironment setup.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and comfort working with crossfunctional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with IBM InfoSphere suite components (Data Quality, Information Server).
  • Exposure to cloud environments or container platforms.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, or master data concepts.
  • Relevant IBM certifications.

  • Stable and wellperforming MDM environments with minimal downtime.
  • Smooth execution of releases, patches, and configuration changes.
  • Strong partnership with data governance, integration, and business teams.
