Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Sales Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Build and manage a pipeline of new consulting opportunities while developing relationships with senior university and athletics stakeholders.
- Lead complex sales pursuits, including opportunity development, pricing strategy, proposal development, and executive presentations.
- Partner with consulting leaders and subject matter experts to shape solutions, scopes, and proposals aligned with client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and strategic partners to support pursuit strategy, account development, and successful contract execution.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
8–10+ years of experience managing complex clients and selling professional services through long sales cycles, preferably within higher education, collegiate athletics, or related industries.
