Role Details

Position: Senior Research / Data Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA (30334)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Must be local or willing to relocate; required on-site Day 1 for equipment pickup and drug testing).
Interview Process: On-Site Interview Required in Atlanta, GA.

Key Skills & Requirements

To be successful in this position, you must have:

SQL & Oracle Databases (5+ Years): Strong experience accessing, extracting, and cleaning primary data from large institutional databases.
Queries & Report Writing (3+ Years): Proficient in writing complex queries and translating findings into clear, written reports for leadership.
Data Visualization (1+ Years): Hands-on experience creating interactive dashboards using Tableau.
Criminal Justice Experience (2 Years): Experience working within the Criminal Justice field or specialized data management is highly desired.

What You Will Do

Extract and clean complex datasets using advanced SQL techniques.
Identify trends, discrepancies, and patterns to improve operational efficiency.
Build and maintain Tableau visualization dashboards.
Present research findings, metrics, and implications clearly to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree + 2 years in a lead/supervisory role OR Associate's Degree + 4 years of related experience (2 of which in a lead role).
