Senior Consultant – Integration (ACE / DataPower / MQ) – Medicaid - Remote
 
Functional knowledge of Medicaid concepts – Provider, Member, Claims etc. is MANDATORY to have.
 
Position Summary
 
We are seeking a Senior Solution Specialist or equivalent level with strong hands-on integration experience in IBM ACE, IBM DataPower, IBM MQ, and database querying. This role is client-facing, supports Medicaid-related initiatives, tracks and drives multiple Change Requests (CRs), and provides clear status and executive-ready communications.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
· Lead and support design, development, and troubleshooting of integrations using ACE, DataPower, and MQ.
 
· Perform database queries to validate data, support root-cause analysis, and reconcile integration outcomes.
 
· Manage day-to-day client communications (written and verbal), including timely updates, issue summaries, and action plans.
 
· Present delivery and operational status on client calls, including progress, risks, dependencies, and next steps.
 
· Track, prioritize, and drive multiple CRs from intake through implementation, coordinating across technical and business teams.
 
· Translate functional needs into integration requirements
 
· Proactively identify risks/impediments and recommend mitigation and resolution paths.
 
Required Qualifications
 
· Senior-level proficiency in IBM ACE, IBM DataPower, and IBM MQ (implementation and/or production support).
 
· Strong database query skills (SQL or equivalent) for analysis and validation.
 
· Excellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrated experience engaging clients and presenting status in calls.
 
· Proven ability to manage and track multiple CRs simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
 
· Functional knowledge of Medicaid concepts – Provider, Member, Claims etc.
 
· Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), message transformation etc.
 
Preferred Qualifications
 
· Experience working on Provide Management Module
 
· Experience on file-based integration
