Summary

Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Workplace Technology Infrastructure

Location: Jersey City, NJ 07310 / New York, NY 10017

Seeking a senior Technical Project Manager with experience delivering technology infrastructure for new construction, office buildouts, branch openings, and workplace technology initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing network, wireless, AV/multimedia, end-user computing, and infrastructure deployments in large enterprise environments.
Experience with ServiceNow SPM/PPM, vendor management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of workplace technology and infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project documentation.
Coordinate with construction teams, facilities teams, vendors, network engineers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
Oversee deployment of:

Network Infrastructure
Wireless Technologies
Voice & Collaboration Solutions
Video Conferencing & AV Technologies
End User Computing Solutions
Data Center Connectivity

Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Provide regular executive-level project status reporting.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
