Job Title: Delivery Lead – Data Analytics

Summary
We are looking for a Delivery Lead with a strong Data Analytics background to drive the successful delivery of analytics initiatives and data-driven solutions. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into analytical solutions, and delivering insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of data analytics and reporting projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting needs, and analytical objectives.
Perform and guide data analysis using SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
Create and oversee clear, decision-focused dashboards and visualizations.
Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving to identify trends and business opportunities.
Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
Manage and mentor analysts and BI developers while ensuring analytics best practices.

Required Skills

Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Ability to build dashboards and present insights clearly to business stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience leading analytics or BI delivery projects.
Experience working with software implementation or consulting companies (mandatory).

Experience

10+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence.
Prior experience in delivery leadership or project management roles.
Experience working in software implementation organizations is required.
Healthcare domain experience is a plus (good to have).
