We are looking for an experienced Analytics & Reporting Consultant who can translate complex data into meaningful insights. In this role, you will work with diverse data sources, develop and maintain analytical models, and deliver clear, compelling findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in statistics and analytics, a passion for problem-solving, and deep experience with data visualization tools. Your work will play a key role in helping clients make informed, data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
  • Collect, compile, and process data from multiple databases and systems.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain statistical models to support analytics initiatives.
  • Create clear, intuitive data visualizations that communicate insights effectively.
  • Provide expertise on data structures, data quality, and data cleansing best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Prepare written reports, dashboards, and presentations for client and internal teams.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting by designing scalable processes and documentation.
  • Lead end-to-end data analysis projects, from data gathering to insight delivery.
  • Work closely with clients to understand business objectives and develop tailored analytic recommendations.
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools that track key metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed data insights into strategic decision-making.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices, identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • High proficiency with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Power Platform, or Databricks.
  • Strong analytical thinking, quantitative skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience working in a consulting setting, including gathering requirements and delivering client-focused solutions.
