Create clear and interactive data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to scientific and business stakeholders.
Partner closely with formulation scientists, R&I teams, and digital stakeholders to translate scientific challenges into data science solutions.
Support experimentation strategies by applying data-driven approaches such as design of experiments (DoE), machine learning, and statistical analysis.
Contribute to the development of digital tools and analytics capabilities that enable smarter and faster formulation decisions.
Document methodologies, models, and analytical workflows to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications
Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related quantitative field.
3+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning roles.
Strong programming skills in Python or R, with experience using data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimental data analysis.
Experience working with scientific, laboratory, or formulation datasets is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cosmetics, consumer goods, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or materials science industries.
Familiarity with formulation science, experimental design, or product development processes.
Experience working with laboratory information systems (LIMS), digital lab platforms, or R&D data environments.
Knowledge of AI-assisted analytics and advanced modeling techniques applied to scientific datasets.
