Your role and responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in IT Service Processes, you will help clients identify and address business challenges related to their IT application portfolio. This role requires strong analytical skills to evaluate the portfolio's technical and functional aspects.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Evaluate Client IT Portfolios: Assess the technical and functional aspects of clients' IT application portfolios to identify areas for improvement and potential business challenges.

Analyze Business Issues: Apply knowledge of IT service delivery processes, SLAs, KPIs, and associated tools to analyze clients' business issues, formulate hypotheses, and test conclusions.

Drive Business Alignment: Align business objectives, IT processes, and IT service measurements to drive maximum value for the client, emphasizing the integration of IT services with business goals.

Develop Solutions: Use analytical findings to develop solutions that address clients' business challenges and improve their IT application portfolio.

Deliver Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients, enabling them to make informed decisions about their IT application portfolio and associated business processes.

Required technical and professional expertise

IT Service Delivery Expertise: Deep expertise in IT service delivery processes, including the development and management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), is required to effectively analyze clients' business issues and develop solutions.

IT Application Portfolio Analysis: Experience with evaluating the technical and functional aspects of IT application portfolios, identifying areas for improvement, and assessing potential business challenges is necessary for this role.

Business Process Alignment: Deep understanding of aligning business objectives, IT processes, and IT service measurements to drive maximum value for clients, emphasizing the integration of IT services with business goals.

Analytical Skills: Proven ability to apply analytical skills to complex business issues, formulate hypotheses, and test conclusions is essential for success in this role.

IT Service Measurement Tools: Familiarity with tools associated with IT service delivery processes, such as those used for service level management, capacity planning, and performance monitoring, is required.

Preferred technical and professional experience

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
