IT Support Engineer

1. Desktop Support (Windows & Mac Support)
Strong hands-on experience supporting Microsoft O365, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, along with Windows and macOS endpoint support. Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, device management, user provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and remote troubleshooting in a Microsoft-centric environment supporting ~180+ users.
2. SharePoint, OneDrive & Business Application Support
Proven ability to support and troubleshoot SharePoint and OneDrive file storage, sync issues, permissions, and collaboration workflows. Experience supporting a wide range of business-critical SaaS applications such as Jira, Zoom, Slack, Workday, and Zscaler, providing Tier front-line support and escalating appropriately.
3. Tier 1.5 Help Desk & Cybersecurity Awareness
Experience delivering front-line IT support via Jira ticketing, meeting SLAs, and resolving issues independently before escalation. Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, including endpoint security, access controls, SSO, and exposure to NIST / NERC-CIP standards, security tools (Zscaler ZIA/ZPA), and audit support.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
