Job Title: Senior ServiceNow HRSD Architect / Expert
Location: Remote Work
Duration: Multiyear Contract

Requirements

6+ years of ServiceNow experience with Human Resources case management.
4+ years of product development experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) product - ability to understand out of the box functionality vs customization.
Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow development, including Scripting (JavaScript and Glide scripting), UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with integration best practices and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (Oracle HCM Cloud, Microsoft 365, etc.).
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with ServiceNow AI platform tools and capabilities, including NowAssist and MoveWorks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
