Now Hiring: ServiceNow Integration Engineer
We’re looking for a talented ServiceNow Integration Engineer with experience integrating ServiceNow with contact center platforms such as Genesys, Talkdesk, Five9, or NICE CXone to join our growing team. If you’re energized by solving complex challenges, collaborating with smart and supportive teammates, and making a real impact, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and contact center platforms such as Genesys, Talkdesk, Five9, or NICE CXone (formerly inContact).
- Develop and maintain bi-directional APIs to enable real-time data exchange between customer service platforms and enterprise systems.
- Configure and support ServiceNow workflows that integrate customer interaction data from contact center technologies.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements and technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across ServiceNow and CCaaS platforms.
- Support deployment, testing, and optimization of integrations for reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Document integration architecture, APIs, and technical configurations.
What You Bring:
- Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with contact center platforms.
- Experience with Genesys or other CCaaS solutions such as Talkdesk, Five9, or NICE (inContact).
- Strong experience designing and developing bi-directional APIs and system integrations.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or integration frameworks.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with development teams and business stakeholders.
- Healthcare or hospital network experience is a plus.
- Consistent, reliable availability and professional accountability
