Job Description
The Digital Workplace Engineer – Microsoft Intune & Microsoft 365 engineers, administers, supports, and improves platforms that provide a secure, reliable, and productive end-user technology experience. The role focuses on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, endpoint engineering, enterprise application management, automation, and production support.
Key responsibilities
• Engineer, administer, and support Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management platforms.
• Deploy and troubleshoot enterprise applications.
• Administer and support Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.
• Administer and support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Provide operational support for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform in coordination with the teams responsible for platform development.
• Apply automation to improve endpoint and Microsoft 365 operations.
• Investigate production issues and improve the reliability of workplace technology services.
Required qualifications
• Four or more years of experience in endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, systems administration, infrastructure support, or a related technical role.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management technologies.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting enterprise applications.
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and interested in continuous improvement in workplace technology.
