Pay Rate: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of configuration management experience
- Experience supporting engineering change processes and technical documentation
- Familiarity with configuration control, status accounting, and audits
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with configuration management software and reporting tools preferred
Job Duties
- Analyze engineering and product design changes for configuration impact.
- Maintain configuration management documentation and records.
- Support change control processes, audits, and review activities
- Prepare configuration status reports and technical data packages.
- Coordinate Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings and documentation.
- Research parts, materials, and technical requirements
- Ensure compliance with customer, industry, and internal standards.
- Train and support teams on configuration management procedures
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation efforts.
