Join our team as a Field Service Technician in a dynamic and hands-on role. This onsite position in Florida requires expertise in configuring and maintaining communication hardware. The role involves programming, deploying, and installing communication systems, ensuring optimal performance. The candidate must be adept with generic programming software and tools, and comfortable with travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement custom programming using generic software tools.
- Assist with mobile communication systems installation and hardware support.
- Perform diagnostics and preventative maintenance on communication equipment.
- Manage asset tracking and incident management using enterprise platforms.
- Adhere to change control procedures for configuration updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in radio communications or related fields.
- Technical degree or vocational certification in electronics or telecommunications preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency with hand tools and cable building.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
