Organizational Change Management Specialist (OCM Specialist) Remote Aboutdisruption: At a high level, each OCM engagement might include: Identification of the stakeholders impacted by the change initiative An assessment of how those impacts will be felt, and by whom Development of an OCM plan - education, communication, engagement needs, etc. - that will support the users through the change and facilitate adoption in the target state Development of the collateral as defined by the OCM plan
