We are assisting a client with hiring a Senior Programmer with experience in C#.Net ad/or Python, to work on a team in Fremont, CA. No 3rd party candidates can be considered for this role.
Salary: $120,000 - $145,000
Location: Onsite in Fremont, CA
About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Programmer/Analyst with strong hands-on development skills to design, build, and integrate enterprise systems across Shipping, Billing, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), Finance, and Customer Integrations.
This role combines development, system design, and cross-team collaboration, working closely with domain leads to delivering scalable and reliable solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop backend services, APIs, and system integrations
- Translate business requirements into working solutions (not just documentation)
- IT Project Management
- Build and enhance systems including
- Financial data integration and reporting support
- Customer-facing APIs and integrations
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Break down requirements into actionable development tasks
- Work with offshore developers (task assignment, code review, guidance)
- Ensure data consistency between operational systems and reporting platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues
Job Requirements:
Education:
BS degree in computer science or related field
Experience:
5-8 years of hands-on development experience
Experience building end-to-end solutions (design develop deploy)
Skills:
- Strong coding skills in .NET (C#) and/or Python
- Solid experience with SQL / relational databases
- REST APIs develop and system integration
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ability to explain system designs and technical concepts clearly to both engineers and business users
Preferred bilingual (Chinese)
