🔹 Responsibilities
• Lead and manage teams of developers, QA engineers, and testers.
• Develop and implement Java-based applications and automation solutions.
• Create and maintain Selenium automation scripts for functional and regression testing.
• Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for web and mobile applications.
• Work with mobile testing frameworks such as Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to QA/automation teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive effective solutions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and follow Agile/DevOps methodologies.
• Assist with client communication and provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
🔹 Required Qualifications
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
✔️ Strong experience in Java development and testing.
✔️ Hands-on expertise in Selenium and Playwright.
✔️ Strong API Automation experience.
✔️ Experience with manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
✔️ Experience with Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
✔️ Strong understanding of CI/CD, Agile, DevOps, and SDLC.
✔️ Excellent leadership, mentoring, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Experience with Git, Jira, and Confluence.
✔️ Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
⭐ Preferred: ISTQB or other relevant certifications.
