Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to define product vision, manage the product backlog, and drive product development in alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, Scrum Masters, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business requirements.

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements.

• Own and manage the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.

• Collaborate with development, QA, UX/UI, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.

• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and product review discussions.

• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.

• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

• Support Agile/Scrum teams in delivering features within agreed timelines and quality standards.

• Identify risks, resolve dependencies, and support continuous product improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and SDLC.

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and product backlog management.

• Excellent skills in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing requirements.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment.

• Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.

• Experience with product roadmaps, release planning, and KPI tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent certification.

• Experience with enterprise applications, digital products, or technology-driven projects.

• Knowledge of data analytics, customer experience, and product performance metrics.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
