Location:  100% remote work.

• Project Details:
•  Manager is merging two teams - Web and Mobile - to be in one team. Would like for this person to have experience with RN and RJS. 
• Job Description:
• Senior level developer with extensive experience in React Native, strong knowledge of backend integrations, and the ability to design scalable application architectures. As a member of our team, you’ll help guide technical decisions, mentor colleagues, and uphold high standards for code quality, performance, and usability across both mobile and web platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high quality web and mobile applications with a strong focus on performance, usability, and reliability
• Ensure cross-browser/platform compatibility and mobile responsiveness 
• Write clear, concise and well documented code
• Effectively manage timelines and expectations
• Perform and lead through code reviews
• Coordinate releases with other squads
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable application architectures across mobile and web platforms, translating business and user requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, QA and UX/UI members to deliver high-quality solutions 
• Partner with backend developers to define API contracts, data models, and integration strategies

• Required Experience 
• 5+ years of web and mobile application development
• 3+ years of experience with React Native
• Experienced in building applications that consume RESTful JSON APIs
• Experience working with distributed development teams within an agile environment
• Deep understanding of how to optimize React Native apps for iOS and Android, including offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
•  Some experience in C#

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Hands-on development experience in web and mobile application design, development, testing and deployment in both consumer and enterprise-based applications
• Proficient in responsive design and layout aesthetics 
• Familiar with accessibility standards and design systems
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and component libraries
• Experience in AI, Git, Redux, React native web, Mobile and Web UI
• Knowledge in leveraging AI-assisted development tools
• Experience leading/mentoring a team

• Healthcare, Epic or other EHR knowledge is a plus
