Lead API Integration Engineer - Contract - Remote - $58.46- $58.46/hr.

The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Lead API Integration Engineer for Remote Opportunity.

Skills & Requirements

7+ years equivalent development work experience primarily in API development
Proven hands-on experience as a software engineer with a focus on one or more technologies inclusive of NodeJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, ExpressJS.
Experience on working with Microservices Architecture, designing and implementing RESTful APIs
Experience in unit testing using Mocha, Chai etc.
Experience in any NoSQL DB like CouchDB/Mongo or any SQL DB on both OnPrem and Azure will be preferred (hands on experience with Type ORM is a plus)
Understanding the design and architecture of the solution and implementing the solutions
Hands on Experience on technology areas such as Redis, Kafka will be a plus.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework a plus.
Experience implementing applications in a container environment (Docker/Kubernetes)
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to produce high quality technical documentation.
Demonstrated ability of strong customer relationship skills, problem resolution and improved efficiencies and productivity.
Experience with large scale enterprise system development and integration."
