Job Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented Physical Security Project Coordinator to support security initiatives, system installations, and project coordination activities. This role involves managing documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth project execution in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate physical security projects (installations, upgrades, system enhancements)
Manage project schedules, documentation, risks, and action items
Act as liaison between Security, IT, Facilities, vendors, and stakeholders
Support system documentation for VMS & Access Control platforms (Milestone, CCURE, etc.)
Assist with remote installations, testing, and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with security standards and quality guidelines

Requirements:

2 4+ years of project coordination or program support experience
Experience with physical security systems (VMS, Access Control)
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
Basic knowledge of networking (IP, PoE, VLANs)

Preferred:

CAPM / PMP / Lean Six Sigma or ASIS (PSP) certification.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $50.00 per hour.
