About the Role
Client Research is seeking highly motivated Data Science PhD graduates to support cuttingedge research in Agentic AI, autonomous systems, and nextgeneration AI architectures. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with Client s advanced research teams on exploratory and applied AI projects that push the boundaries of intelligent agent behavior, reasoning, and autonomy.
Selected researchers will contribute to Client assigned research initiatives while also collaborating with our internal teams on joint innovation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and experimentation in Agentic AI, autonomous agents, multiagent systems, and advanced machine learning.
Develop prototypes, models, and algorithms to support Client s research objectives.
Analyze largescale datasets to derive insights and validate research hypotheses.
Collaborate with Client Research scientists and internal stakeholders to design and execute research studies.
Document findings, prepare technical reports, and present results to research and engineering teams.
Stay current with emerging research in AI, LLMs, reinforcement learning, and agentbased modeling.
Required Qualifications
PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field (entry level candidates strongly preferred).
Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and AI research methodologies.
Experience with Python and common ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
Familiarity with LLMs, reinforcement learning, or agentbased systems.
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently in a researchdriven environment.
