Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Business/Data Analyst – Customer, Vendor & Material Master with strong experience in SAP master data, data quality, migration, and S/4HANA transformation within pharmaceutical or other regulated environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Customer, Supplier/Vendor, Business Partner, and Material Master data, including data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support SAP master data migration and transformation initiatives across ECC and S/4HANA. 
  • Analyze and validate Customer, Vendor/Supplier, Business Partner, and Material Master data. 
  • Perform data profiling, cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and quality assessments. 
  • Develop and maintain data mapping and transformation rules between legacy and SAP systems. 
  • Support mock conversion cycles, pre-load and post-load validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution. 
  • Participate in SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities. 
  • Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and resolve data-quality issues. 
  • Support Source-to-Settle/P2P and Order-to-Cash (OTC) master and transactional data processes. 
  • Use SQL, Excel, and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and quality checks. 
  • Support SAP migration tools such as S/4HANA Migration Cockpit. 
  • Maintain data quality rules, validation documentation, and migration status reports. 
  • Collaborate with SAP functional teams, data owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams. 
  • Support GxP, CSV, SOX, audit readiness, and requirements traceability activities in a regulated environment. 
  • Document defects, root causes, resolutions, and data remediation activities. 
Required Skills
  • 8–10+ years of Business/Data Analyst experience. 
  • Strong experience with SAP Customer, Vendor/Supplier, Business Partner, and/or Material Master data. 
  • Hands-on SAP ECC and S/4HANA experience. 
  • Strong understanding of data migration, conversion, cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation. 
  • Experience with SAP MDG and/or S/4HANA Migration Cockpit. 
  • Strong SQL Server, Excel, and Power BI skills. 
  • Experience with SIT, UAT, mock conversions, cutover, and hypercare. 
  • Strong understanding of P2P/Source-to-Settle and OTC processes. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience. 
  • Experience working in GxP-regulated environments. 
  • Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV), SOX controls, and audit requirements. 
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. 
  • Strong data governance and master-data quality experience.
