About the Role

We''re seeking a Genesys Cloud CX specialist to implement and integrate our contact center platform supporting patient engagement and care coordination. This role requires close attention to HIPAA compliance and healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and integrate Genesys Cloud CX for patient-facing contact center operations
Build integrations with EHR/EMR systems, patient scheduling tools, and CRM platforms
Design IVR flows (Architect) and omnichannel routing (voice, chat, SMS) for patient interactions
Ensure platform configuration meets HIPAA and healthcare data privacy requirements
Troubleshoot issues and support ongoing platform reliability

Required Skills

7+ years implementing Genesys Cloud CX (or Genesys Engage)
API/integration experience (REST, Genesys Platform API, webhooks)
Experience integrating with healthcare systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar EHR/EMR)
Understanding of HIPAA compliance in contact center/telephony environments
Scripting experience (JavaScript/Python) for custom integrations
Nice to Have
- Genesys Cloud Certification
- Prior healthcare or payer/provider contact center experience
