Required Qualifications
Bachelor''''s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
7–10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Agile delivery.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
Experience leading Agile product teams on enterprise modernization initiatives.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile product management practices.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile management tools.
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting federal government programs (HRSA, HHS, CMS, VA, DHS, or similar).
Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, or cloud-based enterprise platforms.
Experience with Business Process Reengineering and digital transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with Human-Centered Design (HCD) and Design Thinking methodologies.
Experience with AI-enabled products, intelligent automation, and data-driven decision support.
Knowledge of federal grants management, healthcare, or regulatory environments is highly desirable.
